Delivery & Duration

Work Placement

Work placement begins after classroom training is completed and all documentation requirements are met.
Enrolment Requirements
To enrol in the CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support, applicants must have completed one of the following qualifications:
- CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
- CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
- CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability plus the required bridging skill set
Students must also provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) and the following documents before work placement:
- National Police Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Updated Immunisation Record (COVID-19 and Influenza)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate
