Delivery & Duration
The Certificate IV in Disability Support in Woodvale is delivered through a blended learning approach that combines face-to-face classroom training with supported virtual learning.
The classroom component is delivered over approximately 10 weeks, with classes held 4 days per week from 9:00am to 4:30pm.
Students must also complete 80 hours of vocational work placement in an approved disability or aged care facility. This placement is organised toward the end of the course and provides valuable hands-on experience applying disability support skill sets in real workplace environments. Work Placement

Enrolment Requirements
To meet the entry requirements for the CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support, applicants must have completed one of the following qualifications:
- CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
- CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
- CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability plus the required bridging skill set
