The course is developed to provide training to entry level workers who wish to start their career as an aged care worker in a residential aged care setting and, or as a care worker in a community-based setting, disability support worker,  Disability care worker, Assistant in Nursing, NDIS worker to name a few. It will offer the skills and knowledge to work effectively as an individual and in groups to provide support and care to older people and people living with disabilities. You will learn to deliver these services as per the individualised care plan of an older people. 

You can choose to specialise in aged care, disability or Home /Community care OR take all 3 specialisations
