CHC43115 – Certificate IV in Disability

The certificate IV Disability will help you understand the advanced skills and knowledges required to better assist people living with disability. It is for those workers who are wants to gain broader insights on the abilities for their job in a disability support and care. It will help students to empower people with disabilities to achieve a greater level of independence and self-reliance, community participation and well-being in a range of community settings  and their homes. It also provides you the management and leadership qualities to step further in the field.

After completion of this job, you can be employed as a senior NDIS worker, behavioural support officer, disability support job coordinator, disability supervisor to name a few.

The only requirement to take up the course will be to complete Certificate III in Disability.
